Receptionist - The Gardens at St. Elizabeth
The Gardens at St. Elizabeth, located in the historic Highlands neighborhood of Denver, is a senior living community looking for a full-time and part-time Receptionist to join our team!
We currently have an opportunity for a Receptionist who has a genuine passion for caring for our elders. The receptionist must be punctual and dependable. Must be professional at all times and be able to provide great customer service to residents, visitors, and facility staff. Must be computer literate as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other systems are used daily.
Work Hours
Must be able to work Friday and Saturday Evenings, weekends and holidays.
Salary Range: $16.00-$17.00
Job Responsibilities
- Provide professional and timely service to visitors as well as administrative support to facility staff and residents
- Anticipate resident needs to accommodate them and provide exceptional resident experience
- Answer questions and concerns and provide appropriate follow-up as necessary
- Use and troubleshoot standard office equipment to copy, scan or fax
- Answer incoming calls, transfer or deliver messages to administrative staff
- Receive and sort mail and packages
- Maintain and update resident phone list and other logs
- Assist with COVID Screening desk
- Enter work orders for resident
- Additional administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccination, be willing to obtain as a condition of employment, or have a qualifying exemption
